About the Role As a group fitness instructor, you're a central part of our members' experience – you're an ambassador, inspiration, and energy booster all rolled into one. Your mission is to deliver workout joy, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that keeps them coming back. You should feel confident taking the spotlight, being authentic, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room. We Offer You: Training in the dance concept – we've got you covered! A fixed class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest A workplace filled with commitment, growth, and workout enthusiasm We're Looking for Someone Who Can: Teach 1–2 fixed classes per week Be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends (depending on needs) Who Are You? You don't need to be a certified instructor – we'll train you!
