Group Leader - Investigation and Follow-up Adult with Social Psychiatry Focus
We are now recruiting a group leader for social psychiatry in Investigation and Follow-up Adult! Your assignment: Investigation and Follow-up Adult has the mandate to ensure that adults with substance abuse, social psychiatric challenges, and criminal or socially destructive behavior receive the support they need to live in safe and good conditions. We offer a broad range of services based on trust and respect for people's knowledge, own abilities, and willingness to take responsibility for their situation. The unit continuously identifies the target group's support needs and develops new initiatives as needed. For us, competence and operational development are in focus, and our employees are our most important resource. We work mainly according to the legislation SoL, LVM, and LVU. Investigation and Follow-up Adult consists of one group manager, three group leaders, two housing coordinators, and 18 social workers and two senior social workers. As a group leader, you will directly supervise eight social workers within social psychiatry as well as two social workers who work, among other things, on preventing evictions and social housing contracts. You will lead and support the social workers in their work of conducting qualified investigations, making decisions, and following up on measures according to legislation (SoL). You may also need to support other employees when another group leader is absent and need to supervise the work group for young adults and adults with substance abuse. In our work, we create good relationships and collaborate with both internal and external partners. Group Manager Åsa Faltin, together with group leaders, leads the work team with a focus on psychological safety and the shared mission of ensuring that those we serve receive the support they need and that our methods maintain high quality. We are at a stage where we have a strong focus on development work. Together with the team and group manager, you conduct development work on new working methods and approaches such as continued implementation of IBIC. Group Manager Åsa sees that the most important puzzle pieces for achieving high quality are the employees' opportunities to develop in their work as well as a good working environment. As a group leader, you have no personnel or budget responsibility, but you participate regularly in the management group. You promote participation, work enjoyment, good quality, collaboration, and a good working environment. Is this you? It is important that you are well informed about the services that we case managers handle and that you have good knowledge of the legal practice that applies. You should also be a good role model in the authority role and have a holistic perspective with Nacka residents in focus. You are self-directed, take responsibility, and drive processes forward. You have a structured working method and communicate clearly, ensuring that your message gets through. You drive together with employees and the group manager a development process. You work to ensure that case managers receive the support they need to fulfill their mission. You have good cooperation skills and treat people well, both internally and externally. Your experience: Social work degree Several years of experience in municipal authority practice within social psychiatry and adult services Several years of experience in management within social psychiatry and adult services, and you are accustomed to taking responsibility and making decisions Experience in method development and a systematic approach Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability Meritorious: Knowledge of LVM, LVU, social housing contracts, and eviction prevention Experience working in the Combine management system.
