You also have administrative tasks such as scheduling, updating risk assessments, incident reports, and documentation. You lead daily work by introducing, coaching, and including. You report to the operations manager and are part of the organization's management team. The position is 100% and you work on a rotating schedule including weekends and evening shifts. About Silkeborg Silkeborg is a group home for adults covered by support category 1. The organization is operated as a contractor by Nytida AB on behalf of Järva District Administration - City of Stockholm. The group home is located in a single-story villa and consists of six apartments plus common areas. The group home is within walking distance to Kista center with proximity to green areas, downtown, bus, and subway. Silkeborg Group Home has 25 employees (all employment types). Our employees have experience and knowledge to work with the target group. Your Experience and Knowledge You have at least education focused on pedagogy, social work, or healthcare and social care, plus experience with the target group. Furthermore, you speak and write fluent Swedish and have good computer skills. It is an advantage if you have knowledge and experience of various forms of cognitive support and low-arousal approaches as well as work management. You are clear, pedagogical, and driven by helping people grow and develop in their professional roles. As a person, you are independent, unpretentious, and collaborate easily. You have the will and ability to lead and follow up on the organization's operations based on the company's goals and financial framework. You are resourceful and responsive to service users' needs and have a natural respect for other people.
