At Securitas, we are currently looking for two group leaders on the night shift at the Västerås office. Here you will work together with other group leaders and managers to create the right conditions for our employees. In this role, you will work as a security officer, but your main task is to ensure that your team has the right conditions to carry out daily work in the best possible way. As a group leader, you will work on a schedule we call 5:4 where working every other weekend occurs.
Through your engagement in the team and clear leadership, you will establish well-coordinated teams. At Securitas, we want to be the best in our industry, and in your role as group leader you will have significant impact through regular dialogue with both our customers and employees around you.
You will, for example:
Lead and plan daily work efficiently for both patrol and stationary customers
Participate in scheduling, vacancy solutions, and BO-optimization
Handle daily contact with both large and small customers
Ensure that Securitas policies are followed and complied with

Requirements
You are a trained security officer
Have experience from the security industry
Approved grades in Swedish and English from the first year of upper secondary school
Class B driving license
Meritorious
Experience in supervisory positions
Experience with patrol operations
Good knowledge of the geographical work area covered by the position
Experience with our support systems (e.g., Tools, GSP)

For employment at Securitas Sverige AB, you must have approved grades from upper secondary school in Swedish and English and be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment at an authorized security company (the application is made by Securitas). For most roles, a Class B driving license is also required.
