As a team lead at Securitas, you'll be a key figure in making daily operations run smoothly. You'll help shape a strong team where your commitment and ability to lead with care and clarity make a real difference - both for your colleagues and our customers. You'll have a coordinating function and essentially be the link that holds together the customer's contacts with your own management and colleagues around you. Right now we're looking for a team lead for our Karlshamn office on a night 5/2 schedule. Fundamentally you work as a security officer, but your task is also to ensure that your team has the right conditions to perform daily work in the best possible way. This means your work role will be both dynamic and demanding as you'll have both administrative and practical work tasks. You will, among other things; Lead and plan daily work for our stationary and mobile assignments in a structured and inclusive manner Participate in staffing optimization Be the local link between customer and colleagues and ensure the right resources based on the assignment Work actively with problem-solving and ensure that our policies are followed and that we together maintain high quality in our work We're looking for someone who thrives having a positive impact on others, and who wants to develop in a role with both independence and strong team spirit. Requirements You are a trained security officer with at least VU2 certification Have professional experience from the security industry Experience with team leadership Good knowledge of the geographical work area that the position covers Have good grades in Swedish from upper secondary school Have good knowledge of English Category B driver's license Meritorious if you have worked with similar tasks previously Experience with our support systems (e.g. Tools, GSP) We place great emphasis on your personal suitability for a leadership position.
