About the Role
As a group leader, you will primarily work in care and treatment activities. You will also have administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, updating risk assessments, incident reporting, and documentation. You lead daily operations by introducing, coaching, and including team members. Furthermore, you ensure high quality in the operations and work according to Nytida's pedagogical framework to provide the best possible support and conditions for the residents. Of course, you also contribute to a good work environment and positive relationships with the facility's residents and their families. You do this by being present and supportive, answering questions, providing leadership, giving feedback, and acknowledging your colleagues in everyday work. You report to the facility manager and are part of the facility's management team. The position is full-time and you work on rotating shifts including weekends and evenings.

Höga Liden is a safe and well-functioning LSS residential facility for adults with four places, centrally located in Lödöse in Lilla Edets Municipality. The facility serves people with autism and/or intellectual disabilities and is characterized by an individual-strengthening approach where each person's needs, wishes, and conditions are in focus.

Your Experience and Knowledge
You have higher education in pedagogy, social work, or health and care, and experience working with this target group. You also speak and write fluent Swedish and have good computer skills. It is an advantage if you have knowledge and experience of various forms of cognitive support and low-affect interaction, as well as management experience.
You are clear, pedagogical, and driven by helping people grow and develop in their professional roles. As a person, you are independent, unpretentious, and easy to collaborate with. You have the will and ability to lead and follow up on operations according to the company's goals and financial framework. You are enterprising and responsive to the residents' needs and have a natural respect for other people.
