Daily Activities in Sundbyberg offers services to adults with intellectual disabilities, psychiatric or neuropsychiatric disabilities according to LSS or SoL. We are now looking for a Group Leader for one of our activity-oriented Daily Activities in Rissne. Participants come here who want to socialize and get social stimulation during the day. As a group leader, you will work in consultation with the unit manager on the development of the unit's activity planning, implementation, and documentation. This requires a good ability to work towards set goals. Your role also includes maintaining and developing cooperation with other units and actors, both internally and externally. The group leader is a link between the unit manager and the work team, so you should promote a good work environment and provide advice and support to staff. Together with the unit manager, you as group leader will be involved in staff planning and recruitment of substitutes. As a group leader, you also have support from group leader colleagues in other parts of the daily activities. Certain administrative tasks such as billing are included in the position, and in addition to the tasks included in the group leader assignment, most of your working time, approximately 80%, will be spent in regular work with participants where you will be responsible for offering a meaningful day with meaningful activities based on the participants' own wishes. Your other tasks also include documenting the efforts and creating and working according to the individual's implementation plan. You have secondary education with a focus on psychiatry or disability, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have personal suitability for the work and experience of management work as described above, as well as work with people with intellectual disabilities, psychiatric or neuropsychiatric disabilities within daily activities. You work based on a low-affective approach and have knowledge of clarifying pedagogy and MI. You are responsive, have good pedagogical ability, and a good ability to see participants' needs, strengths, and abilities. You adapt your approach, information, and activities to the needs of the participants. You are secure and stable, independent, and have personal maturity as well as an easy ability to collaborate. You further have a good ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in Swedish. We require that you have good knowledge and practical experience in creating implementation plans, working according to IBIC, and documenting in social records. You need to have very good computer skills and an easy way to learn new programs, which is required to perform the work. Multilingualism we see as a merit. The position is a permanent employment on a full-time basis. Working hours are scheduled during daytime. A trial period may be applied. Start date according to agreement. Apply by September 25, 2026.
