Then maybe you're our next group leader at Borgarfjordsgatan Group Home? About the role As a group leader, you work primarily in the facility with care activities. You also have administrative tasks such as scheduling, updating risk assessments, incident reports and documentation. You lead daily work by introducing, coaching and including. Furthermore, you ensure high quality in the operations and work based on Nytida's pedagogical framework in order to provide the best possible support and conditions for the service users. Of course, you also contribute to a good work environment and good relationships with the facility's customers and relatives. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, giving feedback and affirming your colleagues in daily work. You report to the operations manager and are part of the operations management group. The position is 100% and you work on a rotating schedule with weekend and evening shifts. About Borgarfjordsgatan Group Home Borgarfjordsgatan is a group home for adults in target group 1. The facility is operated by Nytida AB/entrepreneurship on behalf of Järva District Administration - Stockholm City. The facility is located on the second floor in a multi-family building. The group home consists of six apartments and common areas. The facility is located in Kista with proximity to green areas, city center, bus and subway. At Borgarfjordsgatan Group Home there are 19 employees (all types of employment). Our employees have experience and knowledge to work with the target group. Your experience and knowledge You have at least education focused on pedagogy, social work or care, and experience with the target group. Furthermore, you speak and write fluent Swedish and have good computer skills. It is meritorious if you have knowledge and experience of various forms of cognitive support and low-affective interaction as well as management experience. You are clear, pedagogical and driven by getting people to grow and develop in their professional role. As a person you are independent, unpretentious and have an easy time collaborating. You have the desire and ability to lead and follow up on operations based on the company's goals and financial framework. You are enterprising and responsive to the service users' needs and have a natural respect for other people.
