To succeed in this role, we see that you have a leadership personality with good self-awareness. You have the ability to motivate, engage, and develop others. We want you to have experience working as a leader, and if it's within retail, that's a merit. You have experience with merchandising displays and stock replenishment. You have good knowledge of Swedish and good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office. If you have a forklift license, it's a merit but not a requirement. Who Are You?
