Are you the passionate group leader we're looking for? MIAB is now seeking a group leader who, together with the responsible operations manager, will be a key person in ensuring we have a well-functioning delivery to our customers in southern Hälsingland based out of Bollnäs. Your main work tasks will consist of: Planning the daily work Ensuring quality daily with our customers Ongoing dialogue with our customers to align our delivery Our expectations of you: That you are responsible, structured, and service-oriented That you engage and inspire your colleagues That you have an eye for detail and can suggest improvements for your customers That you are positively minded and see problems as an opportunity Your qualifications: Experience from a corresponding position You express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish Computer skills Good knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning quality Cleaning training such as SRY/PRYL or similar is meriting but not required Class B driver's license is meriting for the position If you want to work in a dynamic and service-oriented company - many challenges and opportunities await the right person! The position is full-time with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement.
