Ren & Fino Stockholm AB is looking for an experienced and responsible group leader who wants to combine practical cleaning work with team management. The position is full-time and distributed approximately as follows:
You will work closely with our supervisors, customer service, and cleaning staff. It is important that you can take responsibility, solve problems, and help staff perform their work with the right quality.
Job Responsibilities
Perform cleaning at corporate, condominium, and private customers.
Introduce and train new staff.
Conduct quality inspections at customer sites.
Follow up on deficiencies and help staff improve their work.
Provide clear instructions and support to cleaning staff.
Assist with scheduling and changes to work schedules.
Handle urgent situations and cover for staff when needed.
Maintain contact with customers and follow up on feedback.
Ensure that staff have the correct work materials and information.
Report deviations to the responsible supervisor.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
Driver's license (category B) is a merit. Spanish or English is also a merit.
Personal Qualities
To fit this role, you need to be confident, flexible, and service-oriented. You should be able to collaborate with different people and have the courage to speak up when something needs improvement.
You should be a good example for staff and maintain high quality in your own work.
Employment Terms
Scope: Full-time, 100%.
Distribution: Approximately 50% cleaning and 50% team management.
Employment type: Permanent position with an introductory probationary period.
Work hours: Varying hours. Early mornings may occur.
Work area: Stockholm.
Salary: According to agreement and collective bargaining agreement.
Start date: According to agreement.
