As a group leader in elderly care at Vansbro Municipality, you will collaborate with other group leaders in elderly care. You will: - be involved in developing operations toward established goals together with the unit manager, care staff, and support functions - work with staffing planning, scheduling, staffing levels, and administrative tasks - collaborate with unit managers to plan and implement decided changes - be responsible for cooperating with unit managers and support functions in a professional manner based on applicable laws, agreements, policies, and other governing documents - plan and administer using our operations system and be responsible for the daily overall work at the facility - have a leadership role and be responsible for leading certain meetings - perform work tasks delegated by your unit manager and be involved in planning the introduction of new employees - work for a good work environment and positive atmosphere at the workplace - in case of low staffing levels, also perform occasional care services An important part of the work is managing staffing in an adequate manner and ensuring a good work environment. You must: - be a trained nursing assistant - have high competence and knowledge of the operations and be able to place your facility's work in a broader context - have strong administrative ability, working in a structured manner by planning, organizing, and prioritizing your work efficiently - be able to work independently in your daily work as a group leader and have the ability to develop operations in consultation with unit managers as needed - quickly learn and adapt to new systems - have very good computer skills since a large part of the work involves administering various systems - have very good knowledge of Heroma and Treserva Before employment, a valid extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register and suspicion register must be provided.
