About the role As a group leader, you are responsible for daily operations and are a present leader in the business. You work operatively together with the team and have an important role in developing both employees and operations, while ensuring profitability and agreed quality. You have daily contact with employees, guests and customers, which means you identify and solve issues that arise in the business. The role also includes administrative tasks such as ordering food and materials, reporting food waste, self-inspection and monitoring of daily and periodic cleaning. You are also responsible for ensuring that machines, equipment and chemicals are handled according to current instructions. Together with the restaurant manager, you actively work to develop the meal experience, reduce food waste and drive the business in a more sustainable direction. You will be a key person in operations and function as the restaurant manager's extended arm. We are looking for you who: Are collaborative and contribute to a positive work environment Are independent, structured and action-oriented Have good communication skills and are a thoughtful leader Are curious, development-oriented and open to change Have a positive attitude and are a good ambassador for the business Share our values Qualifications Chef training and experience with special diets Experience in service, guest interaction and complaint handling Interest in working with children and young people and inspiring them to new taste experiences Leadership experience (at least a few years) Good administrative skills and experience working in digital systems (Windows environment) Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written Employment Terms Permanent employment, 75–85% with an initial probationary period (6 months).
