About the Role As a group manager, your primary responsibility is to coach and work in daily care operations alongside your team. This means you are a role model for your employees and through your strong commitment, you create a positive work environment in your group every day. You work daytime, weekends, and evenings. Close Leadership: The role exists in our organization to ensure close leadership and provide support. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and are involved in developing and ensuring quality of operations in accordance with Vardaga's concept. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, providing feedback, and affirming your employees in their daily work. You have several group manager colleagues and you collaborate, exchange ideas, and share experiences. Participation: As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group. About Villa Sisjödal The facility consists of 90 bright and cozy apartments distributed across five floors. Each floor contains apartments, large social spaces, and outdoor areas. Additionally, there are several natural meeting places throughout the building such as a large lobby with lounge area, gym, hair salon, and an Italian restaurant. At the top of the building is a winter garden with views of a large terrace overlooking Gothenburg with fantastic views. The apartments are bright, modern, and well-designed with high ceilings and designed to enable independent and comfortable living. Each apartment has a kitchenette with refrigerator and induction cooktop for easy meal preparation. Bathrooms are fully tiled and equipped with Japanese toilets. Your Experience and Knowledge You are a trained nursing assistant, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Furthermore, you have experience from elderly care and have led staff before. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
