Your Next Challenge As Group Manager Maintenance Electrical and Automation, you are responsible for leading and allocating maintenance efforts within the pulp mill area. A major focus of the position is to develop and manage the group. This includes individual competence development of our EA technicians as well as driving improvement initiatives, always with a strong focus on health and safety. The role includes budget work and cost monitoring. You lead a team of thirteen EA technicians, with some working daytime and some on shifts. You report to the Department Manager of Maintenance and sit in the management group for Pulp Mill Maintenance. On-call duty for the role occurs approximately every 6 weeks. Who Are You? As a person, you are confident and you have a genuine interest in working with people. We see that you: Have several years of practical experience in Electrical or Automation. Have a leadership role in your current employment. Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. Hold a Class B driver's license. It is meritorious to have experience from the process industry.
