All group managers participate in our leadership program where you have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills through our training organization Lära. About the role As a group manager, your primary responsibility is to coach and work in daily care activities alongside your team. This means you serve as a role model for your staff and through your strong commitment, you create a good working environment in the group every day. You work daytime, weekends, and evenings. The position is full-time with a distribution of 20% administrative work and 80% care work. Close leadership: This role exists in our organization to ensure close leadership and support. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and are involved in developing and quality-assuring operations in accordance with Vardaga's concept. You do this by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, providing feedback, and acknowledging your staff in daily work. You have several group manager colleagues and together you collaborate, exchange ideas, and share experiences. Participation: As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group. About Villa Solhem Villa Solhem is a modern retirement home in Spånga. The residence consists of 57 apartments for seniors with dementia or physical challenges. There are generous common areas for socializing, an in-house salon, and a garden with cultivation opportunities and a greenhouse. Meals are prepared on-site. The residence's design, environment, and furnishings are based on research about elderly health, well-being, and living conditions. Activities Coordinator: We work structured with activities and have an activities coordinator who develops and carries out meaningful activities with our residents. Dementia Certification: We are a dementia-certified residence, which means everyone working here receives training in dementia and care approaches through Dementia Academy. You will also receive this training. Needs-Based Scheduling: We use needs-based scheduling. This means you and your staff have the ability to influence work hours based on needs and preferences. We schedule 10 weeks at a time. Young Care: We partner with the company Ung Omsorg. This means a team of young people ages 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities with us to enrich the lives of our residents. Animals in Care: We work with animals in care and have regular visits from therapy animals. Your experience and knowledge You are a trained nursing assistant, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Experience from elderly care and leadership is a merit for this role. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
