About the Position
Your contribution to Samhall is to create conditions for our employees to trust their competence and take the step into the regular labor market. You create good structure and are responsible for planning around employee development in collaboration with Area Managers. The duties include matching employees to the organization's mission, as well as developing employee motivation, professional skills, and work capacity. You have a coaching approach and actively work to increase healthy presence and reduce sick leave. As a group manager, you also contribute operationally to smooth operations and quality delivery to clients through effective resource planning, follow-up, and daily management of operations. To create conditions for transitions to the regular labor market, you actively work as a group manager to build relationships and networks with companies in the local area.
Qualifications
Leadership experience with personnel responsibility
Documented experience with operational personnel development work
Desirable experience in facility services/cleaning services
Experience building/developing good long-term relationships and networks
Minimum upper secondary education
Good Swedish in spoken and written form
B driver's license required for the position
Since many of our customers require security clearance, you need to be approved in a security check to be eligible for employment.
