Region Uppsala is seeking an engaged and driven group manager for the Regional Archives, with overall responsibility for employees, operations, and quality. You work in close collaboration with and report to your unit manager, you have a group manager colleague, participate in department meetings, and are part of the Management Office's management group. You lead a team of approximately 12 employees. You ensure that work is conducted efficiently with high quality. You lead, distribute, and follow up on daily work while driving development and improvement efforts within the unit. Together with your employees, you work to ensure that the Regional Archives achieves the operation's goals and contributes to its long-term development. Through communicative, trust-based, and present leadership, you create engagement, participation, and security in the group. Your Profile We are looking for someone with relevant education in archives and information science or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have work experience in information management, archives, or related fields. You have previous leadership experience, for example as a manager or group leader, where you have been responsible for leading and developing a team toward common goals. You are a confident and clear leader who builds trust and creates good relationships. You have a genuine interest in leadership and operations development. You have a structured and systematic approach with a strong ability to plan, prioritize, and follow up. As a leader, you are solution-focused and have good collaboration skills where you create engagement among your employees.
