Read more at http://www.nobina.se The Malmö Traffic Area is one of Nobina's 16 traffic areas in Sweden - with approximately 900 employees and over 280 buses, we are responsible for operating and developing bus traffic in Malmö in collaboration with our client Skånetrafiken. Skånetrafiken has renewed its confidence in Nobina to operate and develop bus traffic throughout Malmö from 2027. The new agreement runs until 2039. As a group manager, you will have a unique opportunity to be involved from the start in a comprehensive traffic launch and contribute to building the future operation. The role also involves becoming an important part of the establishment and move to two brand new depots, where together with the operation you create the best conditions for modern and sustainable public transportation. About the role of group manager As a group manager at Nobina, you are responsible for leading and developing a team of bus drivers with the goal of simplifying customers' daily commutes and ensuring that our passengers always feel welcomed, safe, and have the information they need, and that they can rely on us as a company always driving sustainably. The group manager is the bus drivers' immediate supervisor and maintains close dialogue with their employees. In the role, you work with regular coaching and feedback through employee meetings, daily dialogue, and ride-alongs. As a group manager, you follow up on customer feedback, work with the operation's key metrics, handle rehabilitation matters, and are responsible for administration. Qualifications and personal qualities We are looking for someone who works with values-driven leadership and has strong communication skills, both verbal and written. You have great drive, can lead yourself, and take significant personal responsibility. You are confident in your leadership, unpretentious, and handle challenges that arise with the goal of maintaining a well-functioning operation. You have a genuine interest in people and service, as well as the ability to work goal-oriented with the operation's interests in focus. Furthermore, we see that you are both structured and organized in your work. You have at least two years of leadership experience with documented good results. We would like to see that you have experience leading large teams within a personnel-intensive operation. To succeed and thrive in the role, we believe you are someone who is comfortable in a changing daily environment, where plans can change at short notice and priorities need to be reconsidered. You enjoy working closely with people and building strong and trustful relationships. You have good computer skills.
