The Adult Services Division consists of 33 dedicated employees who together work to provide the municipality's residents with the right support at the right time. The team currently consists of two integration case officers who work with welcoming newly arrived residents, and a project employee who works with newly arrived residents in the municipality. The team also includes two housing secretaries and a housing coordinator who work with housing matters. We are currently reviewing our organization, which may mean adding 1-2 positions to this team. WORK TASKS As a group manager, you have a key role in the operation. You are responsible for daily management and support your employees in their duties. The role involves personnel, operational, and development responsibility. Your assignment includes, among other things, conducting employee and salary reviews and managing recruitment processes. The role also includes responsibility for operational development within your area, which includes establishing and implementing procedures that ensure that work is conducted with legal certainty, efficiency, and in line with the organization's goals. You value and initiate collaboration, both internally within the organization and externally with other stakeholders. You are part of the Adult Services Division's management team where you, together with other group managers and the division manager, contribute to strategic development. We value close, accessible, and unpretentious leadership. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Have a degree in social work or equivalent higher education that the employer considers equivalent. • Have experience from management and leadership positions. • Have experience working within Social Services. • Have experience working with integration issues. • Have knowledge of housing-related social issues. • Demonstrate good ability in speaking and writing in Swedish and English.
