Your Future Challenge The Procurement function is part of Operations & Supply Chain and consists of direct procurement, project procurement, indirect procurement, supplier quality, and three departments within strategic sourcing. One of these is Build to Print, where we currently have approximately 60 driven and engaged employees – and we continue to grow. To meet this growth, we are now dividing the department and creating a new group focused on Sourcing and project management. This is the group you will lead. As group manager, you will have a key role in: - Ensuring timely deliveries from suppliers with the right quality - Supporting the project organization through all phases of projects - Establishing and developing collaborations with new and existing suppliers - Ensuring that quotes become sustainable agreements and well-functioning contract execution In the bidding and startup phase, the focus is on sourcing suppliers in our customer countries. Thereafter, you will drive the building and development of supplier relationships together with the team. An important part of your assignment is also to: - Coach and support the team in internal collaboration - Develop working methods, processes, and system support - Ensure close cooperation with, among others, Supplier Quality, Operational Procurement, Industrial Cooperation, External Production, Engineering, and Project Procurement You have full personnel responsibility for your team – you lead, develop, and follow up with employees, are responsible for resource planning, and budget monitoring. You are part of the management group for B2P/COTS and report to the department manager.
