About Samhall
Samhall exists to create a more inclusive labor market where everyone is seen as an asset. Our mission is to create meaningful jobs for people with disabilities. Each year, approximately 2,000 people are referred to us by the Swedish Public Employment Service, and what we do is offer them a stable platform to stand on and the opportunity to practice their abilities and develop their skills. Our most important goal is for 1,500 people each year to leave us for work outside Samhall.
Regardless of where you work in our organization, our mission and goals are constantly present. The conviction that all people have competence is a compass and a driving force for all of us. We believe that you who are reading this feel just as strongly about it as we do.
We are 24,000 employees, of which approximately 1,500 are managers and specialists, with operations throughout the country. Together we work for a more inclusive labor market that benefits individuals, organizations, and society at large.
Welcome to Samhall!
About the Position
As Group Manager Rehab & LFU, you have a central role in Samhall's frontline where you lead and develop employees in different phases of their working life. The assignment spans both rehabilitation and employment development, with a clear goal: to strengthen individuals' work capacity and create opportunities for a sustainable working life—within or outside Samhall.
You have personnel responsibility for employees in complex rehabilitation cases as well as for employees in fixed-term positions (LFU), often younger, where the goal is transition to another employer. You work both operatively and strategically to create the right conditions for development through job adaptation, coaching, training, and matching with the labor market.
The role also includes preventive work through pre-rehabilitation, where you early identify needs, strengthen work capacity, and reduce the risk of sick leave. At the same time, you actively work to establish and develop external partnerships to create opportunities for internships, work training, and employment outside Samhall.
You collaborate closely with area managers, HR, and other support functions, as well as maintain ongoing contact with external actors such as the Social Insurance Agency, the Swedish Public Employment Service, and employers in the business sector. The role involves many contact points and a great need for structure, collaboration, and continuity in follow-up.
What We Offer You
At Samhall, you get the opportunity to develop in a leadership role that combines operational responsibility with specialist knowledge within rehabilitation and labor market initiatives.
You become part of an experienced network of colleagues and specialists where knowledge exchange and joint development are a natural part of the work. At the same time, you contribute to a clear societal mission where your work makes a concrete difference for people's opportunities to establish themselves in working life.
You Contribute With
You are a confident and present leader with experience of personnel responsibility and a structured approach. You create clarity in everyday work, make decisions with integrity, and build trusting relationships both internally and externally.
You are motivated by developing people and have the ability to adapt your leadership based on the individual's needs and conditions. Through clear and communicative leadership, you create engagement, participation, and a good collaborative climate.
You have experience working with complex individual cases and are accustomed to handling documentation, follow-up, and collaboration with multiple actors. At the same time, you have a business-like and relationship-building approach where you actively build networks with employers to enable transitions to the regular labor market.
The role involves mobile work where you regularly visit employees in the field.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
Leadership experience with personnel responsibility
Experience with operational work on personnel development
Documented experience in rehabilitation, job adaptation, and preventive work
Good knowledge of the Social Insurance Agency's regulations
Experience collaborating with the Social Insurance Agency and the Swedish Public Employment Service
