You will lead a group that is part of a newly formed unit where parts from previously separate units have been brought together, giving you a unique opportunity to set direction, shape working methods, and create a strong shared culture. The group consists of both operational and more strategic resources within dosimetry and radiology, which requires leadership that can create alignment, build bridges, and leverage different perspectives. The role involves close collaboration with other functions within the organization as well as dialogue with the radiation safety authority. Your assignment involves: Leading and developing the group during a phase of change and creating a clear shared direction Strengthening collaboration between strategic and operational activities Ensuring that the group's expertise is used effectively and shared throughout the organization Being a natural representative in relevant forums, both internally and externally Contributing to the development of working methods and collaboration within the unit You will be a key person in creating synergies between groups and contributing to the continued sustainable and safe development of the operation. Job Requirements About You We are looking for a confident and inspiring leader with the ability to create engagement and participation. You thrive in a role where you can combine structure, a holistic perspective, and a development focus. You have: Experience in leadership or management, preferably in complex organizations The ability to navigate different forums and contexts, including management groups Experience leading through change and developing teams A strong ability to prioritize, structure, and make well-founded decisions Relevant experience from nuclear power, radiation protection, or a related field, or alternatively from another highly regulated industry A basic technical understanding of radiation or radiation protection As a person, you are: An inclusive and coaching leader who creates conditions for others to succeed Engaging and responsive, with the ability to motivate and inspire enthusiasm Trustworthiness and relationship-building, with a natural way of fostering collaboration Curious and development-oriented, with the courage to challenge existing working methods and perspectives We place great importance on your personal qualities and your ability to lead people through change.
