About the Position We are now seeking a group manager for the process development group who wants to be part of continuing to drive development of user-friendly and quality-assured business support. As a group manager, you play an important role in fostering an innovative environment that encourages collaboration within and outside the group. In this role, you work closely with the unit manager for Process and Systems and with other managers within the EU Investments and National Support department. You also collaborate with managers and employees in other units and departments, such as the Digitalization and IT unit and the Legal and Control department. Your responsibilities include: Plan and develop business support within support funds Organize, lead, and follow up on the group's work Take responsibility for business results, employees, and delegated budget Develop operations through trust-based leadership Collaborate and cooperate with internal and external parties and target groups Represent the unit and agency in internal and external dialogues Participate in the unit's management group Your duty station is: Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Östersund, or Arjeplog. Travel is part of the position. We are looking for someone who has: A degree from a university or college, equivalent to at least three years of studies, in economics, IT, or social sciences. Experience in management and leading projects with multiple stakeholders. Understanding of how a government agency functions in terms of management, governance, organization, and follow-up. Experience leading business development. Good understanding of administrative work and needs-driven development. Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. The following are merits: Knowledge of support fund management from EU funds or national support. Experience in digital leadership. Experience in change management. Experience as a manager with personnel, budget, and operational responsibility in government or public sector operations. Knowledge of Tillväxtverket's various policy areas: business policy, regional development policy, and rural policy. Good knowledge of Swedish government administration.
