About the Position We are now seeking a group manager for the process development group who wants to be part of continuing to drive the development of user-friendly and quality-assured business support. As a group manager, you have an important role in promoting an innovative environment that encourages collaboration within and outside the group. In this role, you work closely with the unit manager for Process and Systems and with other managers within the EU Investment and National Support department. You also collaborate with managers and employees in other units and departments, such as the Digitalization and IT unit and the Law and Control department. The role includes: Planning and developing business support systems for grant management Organizing, leading, and following up on the group's work Responsibility for business results, employees, and delegated budget Developing the business through trust-based leadership Collaboration and cooperation with internal and external parties and target groups Representing the unit and authority in internal and external dialogues Participating in the unit's management team Your duty station will be: Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Östersund, or Arjeplog. Travel is part of the role. We are looking for someone who has: A degree from a university or college, equivalent to at least three years of studies, in one of the following areas: economics, IT, or social sciences. Experience in management and driving projects with multiple stakeholders. Understanding of how a government agency functions in terms of management, governance, organization, and follow-up. Experience in leading business development. Good understanding of administrative work and needs-driven development. Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. The following are considered merits: Knowledge of grant management from EU funds or national support. Experience in digital leadership. Experience in change management. Experience working as a manager with personnel, budget, and operational responsibility in government or public activities. Knowledge of Tillväxtverket's various policy areas: business policy, regional development policy, and rural policy. Good knowledge of Swedish government administration.
