About the role
You work together with 8 group manager colleagues and jointly manage approximately 500 drivers. With the driver in focus, you're close to the operations and provide support in daily work.
The role is varied and consists of three main parts:
Leadership
Support and coach drivers in their daily work
Conduct employee discussions and follow up on performance and well-being
Handle occupational health and rehabilitation matters
Training
Conduct training for prospective and current drivers
Teach theory (category D license and YKB)
Carry out practical sessions such as driving practice
Development
Contribute to improving routines and working methods
Drive development initiatives in the operations
In your role as group manager, your closest working group consists of other group managers and you also receive support from several parts of the organization, mainly from HR, traffic management and personnel planning.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Ability to lead or instruct others in work or training
Category D license for at least 5 years and YKB
At least 3 years of documented experience as a bus driver or as a driving instructor for bus driving practice.
Meritorious:
Experience in leadership or supervisory roles
Pedagogical experience or training
Experience in adult education
