The Social Welfare Department is in the midst of a cultural transformation where we together develop the social services of the future with a focus on quality, collaboration, and residents' needs. We invest in skills development through initiatives such as the Professional Journey and work in modern facilities in Danderyd's center.
The Family Department consists of 42 employees and is responsible for the social services' work with children and young people, with the exception of services under the LSS law. From January 2027, responsibility for offering support and treatment services for harmful use and addiction in adults, as well as support and treatment services related to intimate partner violence, will also be included. We see several advantages to an integrated outpatient care structure as it enables different competencies to be close to each other and work in teams.
As a group manager, you are a key person, and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of developing work methods and approaches, leading and structuring a partially new team with an expanded mandate. Welcome to a workplace where community, development, and commitment are at the center. We hope you want to become part of our continued cultural journey!
