About the Role As a group manager, you are responsible for operations within your area with a focus on personnel, performance, finances, and development. You lead through others and actively work to create a well-functioning organization where responsibilities, expectations, and goals are clear. You are responsible for ensuring that operations deliver in line with set targets and continuously monitor results and key performance indicators related to productivity, quality, delivery, and safety. The role also includes financial responsibility where you work with budget, cost tracking, and results within your area of responsibility. A central part of the assignment is to develop the business over time. You identify improvement opportunities, drive changes, and create conditions for new processes and working methods to take hold in the organization. This means you need to combine a long-term perspective with the ability to manage the challenges and priorities that arise in daily operations. You work closely with other managers and support functions and contribute to creating efficient processes and good collaboration throughout the organization. Your Main Areas of Responsibility Responsible for personnel, operations, and results within your business area Lead, coach, and develop the organization with a focus on performance and engagement Responsible for budget, costs, and financial tracking Ensure that operations meet set targets for productivity, quality, delivery, and safety Analyze and monitor key performance indicators and initiate corrective actions for deviations Ensure efficient staffing and resource planning based on operational needs Lead and implement changes in organization, processes, and working methods Identify and drive improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and quality Ensure a good and safe work environment and that established procedures and processes are followed Responsible for ongoing personnel matters and the organization's competency and performance development Collaborate with other parts of the organization to develop efficient and sustainable logistics flows Contribute to leadership and a culture characterized by clarity, accountability, and collaboration Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone with experience leading in an operational warehouse or logistics environment and who is used to taking broad responsibility for both people and business. You have a clear results focus and understand how leadership, structure, and follow-up together create the conditions for efficient operations. You are confident in your leadership and have the ability to create engagement and bring people along, even when the business is undergoing change. You communicate clearly, make decisions when needed, and can switch between managing daily operations and working with longer-term development issues. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Experience with personnel responsibility for employees in warehouse, logistics, or related operations Documented experience leading, coaching, and developing employees and the organization Experience working with operational targets, key performance indicators, and performance tracking Understanding of finances and experience with budget and cost tracking Experience with staffing and resource planning in operational environments Experience leading or implementing changes and introducing new working methods A structured working approach and ability to prioritize and make decisions in a changing environment Good understanding of work environment and safety Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Good IT skills and knowledge of the Office package It is advantageous if you have experience from large warehouse operations, third-party logistics (3PL), or other complex logistics environments.
