What does the role entail?
As a group lead with us, you'll have a combined role where you both lead employees and work operatively on projects. You have strategic responsibility for 8 consultants working with, among other things, moisture measurements, moisture safety, and moisture damage investigations.
You'll be responsible for, for example, resource planning and competency development within the team, and you'll provide support to the group regarding new and existing customer relationships. In parallel, you'll work approximately 50% on projects as a moisture consultant, where you support our customers in everything from design to risk assessments and moisture inspections. You are both a technical expert and a sounding board – for both customers and colleagues.
