About the Role As a group manager at Björnö, you combine administrative leadership with being present in daily care work. Distribution approximately 40% administrative work and 60% care work. About Us Humana Björnö is a modern and homey elderly care residence located in a quiet area close to nature in Norrtälje. The residence has a large garden with greenhouse, garden plots, walking paths, and cozy outdoor spaces for rest and community. Humana Björnö consists of 60 homey apartments, divided into six departments with ten apartments each. Each department has a shared kitchen/dining area and living room. Each floor consists of two departments connected by a shared enclosed balcony with infrared heating and views over the surrounding area. We are based on person-centered care where our residents are in focus. With us work nursing assistants, nurses, an occupational therapist, and physiotherapist, an assistant operations manager, and an operations manager. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and who is passionate about developing both people and operations. As a leader, you are confident, unpretentious, and have a natural ability to motivate others. We are looking for someone who: Currently works as a nursing assistant in elderly care, with several years of relevant experience in the field. Has additionally held a leadership role alongside your nursing assistant duties, for example as a planning coordinator, group leader, or group manager. Is clear in your communication and creates participation in the team. Has a coaching approach and is responsive to the needs of both residents and staff. Is solution-oriented and takes responsibility for both quality and financial frameworks. Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and has good computer skills. Merits Completed training "Lead Without Being a Manager" or equivalent leadership training Experience mentoring and introducing new staff Experience with scheduling and personnel planning Knowledge of dementia diseases and cognitive decline Experience with quality and improvement work Good knowledge of laws and regulations in elderly care, for example SoL and HSL Experience collaborating with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists Experienced working in documentation systems, in Wealfare Experience working with slingor Leadership experience in elderly care is considered a merit, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personal suitability and your willingness to grow with us.
