To create a more cohesive and efficient operation, Social Support and Labor Market & Integration are now being consolidated under unified leadership. The new organization is led by an operations manager with overall responsibility for all operations. As part of this change, we're now recruiting group managers for each operational area to help create a coordinated and efficient support chain for our residents.
Your Responsibilities
The Social Support Services unit works with a dual mandate: to investigate eligibility for financial assistance while simultaneously supporting individuals on their path toward self-sufficiency, employment, work, and education.
As a group manager, you are responsible for leading, developing, and monitoring operations based on established goals and operational plans. You have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, finances, and work environment.
In this role, you work closely with your team to create conditions for professional, legally secure, and high-quality work with a clear client focus. Through clear and present leadership, you contribute to developing the operation, strengthening collaboration, and creating a workplace where employees thrive, develop, and achieve good results.
You report directly to the operations manager and are part of the unit's management group alongside other group managers. The role involves close collaboration both internally and with external partners. As a group manager, you have the opportunity to help develop the operation and contribute to shaping and strengthening our management team.
Your Qualifications
We're looking for someone with a degree in social work or social pedagogy (180 credits), or alternatively another qualification the employer deems equivalent. You also have documented experience working in labor market initiatives, integration, or social support services.
It is meritorious if you have experience in management or supervisory roles and several years of experience in one or more of the unit's areas.
To succeed in this role, we see that you are a confident, stable, and present leader who builds trust and engagement. You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner and have strong abilities to plan, prioritize, and monitor operational results.
You have high personal maturity and good collaboration skills. Through your leadership, you create participation, motivation, and understanding of the operation's mission. You communicate clearly and ensure that information reaches people in a way that creates conditions for effective collaboration and a good work environment.
