Job Description As Group Manager for the Employee Safety and Client Security unit, you are responsible for directing and steering the authority's employee safety initiatives with an operational daytime shift that provides support to local managers and conducts risk assessments with corresponding measures. You are also responsible for establishing security assessments for clients with particularly high security and/or protection needs regarding placement and transportation. You develop training programs for employees who work with or around clients with particularly high security needs. You will lead a unit where you work both strategically and tactically but also handle minute-to-minute operational matters and make quick decisions in daily operations. The work also includes collaboration within the authority as well as with our partners, such as the Police Authority. The role involves personnel, budget, and work environment responsibility. Employees are based in Norrköping, Stockholm, Malmö, and Gothenburg. Travel is part of the position.
