AFRY is growing in northern Sweden and is now seeking a Group Leader for Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation in Sundsvall. As Group Leader, you have overall responsibility for the group, with a focus on: Leadership, work environment and skills development Business, sales and customer relations Growth, profitability and results Market presence and network in the region Your task is to build a long-term sustainable operation with high expertise and delivery capacity. You will become part of AFRY's office in Sundsvall with approximately 160 competent and engaged colleagues, as well as a local/regional management team. About the Division The section primarily works with design and implementation within power engineering, electrical, instrumentation, automation and electrical inspection, in both small and large industrial projects. Qualifications We are looking for someone with: Technical further education in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation and experience from the industry Background as an Engineer or Project Manager within power engineering Previous leadership experience with personnel responsibility Experience in sales and building long-term customer relationships Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Experience in budget and profit responsibility A strong network in the region You are business-driven, communicative and coaching in your leadership style – with the ability to create opportunities and see change as something positive.
