The Role of Group Manager Project and Production
As Group Manager Project and Production, you play a central role in developing and strengthening Samhall's operations. You lead the Project & Production function and are responsible for creating the conditions to drive business-related projects and production-oriented assignments that contribute to increased efficiency, quality, and goal achievement.
The role combines strategic work, change management, and operational leadership. You are part of the Operations management team and work closely with the Head of Operations, the operations organization, and other support functions to ensure that prioritized initiatives are implemented in a unified, business-like, and operationally relevant manner.
What Do You Bring to the Role?
We are looking for a confident and engaging leader with a development-oriented and proactive approach. You thrive in change, have the ability to create structure in complex contexts, and are motivated by developing the business together with others.
You are a trustworthy communicator with trust-based leadership and find it easy to create engagement, build networks, and establish good relationships at different levels in the organization. You have a positive attitude and a strong belief in people's capacity for development, something that permeates your way of leading and collaborating. Business orientation, financial analysis, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships are natural parts of your working method and contribute to creating long-term value for the business.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
· experience leading business-related projects
· experience with personnel and employee development responsibility
· strong communication skills
· change management experience
· academic education
It is a plus if you have experience from:
· production, manufacturing, logistics, or staffing operations
· leading other managers, specialists, or cross-functional teams
· process experience
As a person, you are structured, goal- and results-oriented, and have good collaboration skills. You are relationship-building, unpretentious, and have a trust-based approach. You see opportunities in change and actively contribute to developing both business and people.
