We believe in a bright and sustainable future, do you? About the role of Group Manager Facility IT This is a key role in the development of Ellevio's future OT operations (Operational Technology). You are responsible for leading and developing a team of experienced specialists while driving work to ensure stable, secure and efficient management of business-critical OT solutions. This is a role for you who thrives at the intersection of leadership, technology and business development. In the coming years, Ellevio faces major changes in the OT field, where new systems and solutions, working methods and capabilities are to be established as part of several strategically important development initiatives. You will be an important part of building the organization and working methods required to meet the future's demands for a digitalized and robust electricity grid. You lead a team of 12 engaged and knowledgeable employees who work closely with the business to develop and maintain solutions for monitoring, control and communication in the electricity grid. The team is characterized by high competence, great personal responsibility and a strong desire to collaborate and support each other. In the role, you have many contact points and collaborate closely with both internal operations, IT, the security organization and external suppliers and partners. You have the ability to create structure, build relationships and drive change in an environment where technology, business and people meet. As a person, you are structured, results-oriented, relationship-building, stable and collaboration-oriented. We see that you have: Relevant higher education in engineering, electrical power, IT, industrial automation or equivalent experience. Experience in a management or leadership role with personnel responsibility. Experience in supplier management and contract matters. Experience in change management and business development. Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Meritorious: Experience with IT/OT solutions in the electricity grid industry. Knowledge of SCADA or industrial control and monitoring systems (ICS). Experience in system and application management. Experience with budget responsibility and financial follow-up.
