We work with everything from design and installation to operations, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of communication, navigation, and radar systems. About the Role
As Group Manager for DUS (Operations, Maintenance & Support) South, based at Sturup, you will have a central role in the business. You will have personnel responsibility for approximately 15–18 employees based at Sturup. In your role as group manager, you are also Production Manager, responsible for leading daily operations and ensuring that the business delivers with high quality, safety, and availability.
The business primarily encompasses planned and corrective maintenance of flight safety-critical equipment, as well as technical infrastructure linked to other critical societal functions. Work is conducted in close collaboration with customers and partners within Swedish aviation.
Working with flight safety-critical systems demands high levels of competence. Therefore, our technicians undergo extensive training and certification processes before being authorized to work independently.

Your work tasks and responsibilities include, among others:
Personnel responsibility for direct reports.
Plan and conduct performance reviews, salary discussions, and individual check-ins.
Coach employees to achieve individual development and set goals.
Lead and distribute daily work.
Lead planning/follow-up/registration and receipt of the team's assignments.
Responsibility for resource planning of operations and project assignments.
Responsibility for internal training planning and certification in your team.
Collaboration with customer functions within the area of responsibility.
Collaboration with other functions within DUS.
Promote good personnel care by contributing to team motivation and creating understanding of assignments/business/goals.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with experience leading technical operations within maintenance, operations, or other activities related to critical infrastructure.
For success in the role, we see that you:
Have a degree as a technical engineer with relevant technical focus, or equivalent qualification.
Have good experience leading and developing employees in an operational technical business.
Express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
Possess a valid driver's license (category B).
Meritorious is experience from ATSEP regulations, the aviation industry, technical infrastructure, telecommunications, or other safety-critical operations.
To thrive in the role, you are well-organized with good ability to plan, prioritize, and follow up on technical operations. You are a clear and communicative leader who creates engagement and trust. You collaborate easily and build long-term relationships, both internally and externally. You take own initiatives, see solutions, and are driven to develop operations and people. You also have good analytical ability and an interest in continuous improvements.

The position is a permanent employment based at Malmö-Sturup.
Before employment, LFV conducts a security clearance that includes background checks, security interviews, and drug testing. This position requires Swedish citizenship.
