Primary school/adapted primary school operations are part of the Education Administration. The operations include 21 primary schools plus adapted primary school with a total of approximately 4,500 students. Four of the primary schools are upper secondary schools while the others, with a few exceptions, comprise grades F-6. The operations also include after-school care. Södra School is an F–6 school with attached after-school care. The school has three preschool classes and two classes per grade level from grade 1 to grade 6. DUTIES As a teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction based on the curriculum and course plans. You create a safe and inclusive learning environment and support, motivate, and stimulate students' knowledge development through varied methods based on their individual circumstances. In your teaching, you make a difference for our students by believing in their ability, encouraging creativity and curiosity, and making it clear to each student that they can succeed in both big and small ways. You work according to proven experience and research and strive for students to achieve the best possible development, both academically and socially. You carefully document students' performance and development. You maintain contact and collaborate with guardians and other actors outside the school, and you inform guardians about students' development. Through systematic quality work, you work to ensure that established goals are achieved. Together with your team, you develop the school's mission and continuously promote collegial learning. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with a degree and teaching certification as a primary school teacher with the qualifications to teach Math, Science, and English in grades 4-6. You have good communication skills and can express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish. It is desirable if you have experience teaching. You have a good understanding of how people acquire knowledge and of people's different circumstances. You adapt your way of communicating your message to the recipient. You have the ability to work according to a clear process, organize and plan your work well, complete what you start, and meet deadlines. You take active initiative in social settings, step forward, and have an easy time creating new relationships. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Permanent employment.
