JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a primary school teacher at Centralskolan, you will, together with subject colleagues and your work team, be responsible for leading instruction in grades 7-9 in accordance with the curriculum's mandate. You plan, implement, and evaluate instruction with a focus on creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for students. At Centralskolan, we value collegial learning and collaboration. You will work closely with your colleagues to develop instruction and create the best possible conditions for student learning. The work also includes assessment and documentation of students' knowledge development as well as active participation in the school's development work. We continuously work on developing accessible learning environments and language and knowledge-developing working methods, and we seek an engaged teacher who wants to be part of this work. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • are a qualified primary school teacher with strong subject knowledge in mathematics • are a clear leader in the classroom who plans instruction based on students' conditions • have good interpersonal skills and a strong ability to establish and develop relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues • understand that good relationships promote the entire teaching situation and create security for you and your students • are inspired by young people's curiosity and engagement and thereby contribute to active learning in each individual student • are flexible toward all daily and long-term changes that are part of pedagogical work.
