Hackås School is now looking for a certified primary school teacher for teaching from preschool class through grade 6. Placement and main assignment will be designed based on your certification and the activities' needs. You will have a main assignment with responsibility for a class or teaching group. Based on the curriculum and students' interests and needs, you plan, conduct and follow up meaningful and developmental teaching for our students at Hackås School. In your role as a teacher with us, you collaborate with other staff at the school to strengthen each student in their knowledge development. Together with colleagues and the principal, you work for all students' development, learning and influence in teaching. We care about our students having fun, feeling safe and having the opportunity to develop based on their own conditions. You are part of a work team where you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for maintaining and further developing the educational activities. All staff members at the school participate in systematic quality work and you see collegial learning as a natural part of your assignment. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a certified primary school teacher, preferably with previous experience working in primary school. We see that you are well versed in the national governing documents for primary school activities and that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language (both spoken and written). If you have good knowledge of systematic development work, we see that as an advantage. Berg Municipality is a Sami administrative municipality and we therefore see it as an advantage if you have knowledge of South Sami language and culture.
