Ref: 20261900 Job Responsibilities The position is in Grade 1. You will be part of a team with other classroom teachers, a lead teacher, and a special education teacher. As a work team, you will work closely together, co-plan, co-assess, and allocate resources collectively. Your focus is on creating the best conditions for each student to learn in a safe and trusting environment. Your assignment includes serving as a mentor for one of the classes. Qualifications You are a certified teacher with credentials to teach Grades F-3. If you have previous experience working as a teacher, we consider that a merit. We would appreciate if you are qualified in Swedish as a Second Language. The school works to develop Genre Pedagogy and Sigma Mathematics, so it is a merit if you have knowledge and experience in these areas. You have good insight into and knowledge of the school's governing documents and can effectively use them in your daily work. Furthermore, you have good didactic and pedagogical skills and can therefore lead and organize your work to create a productive learning environment for our students throughout their school day. Based on evidence-based research, you can develop your practice and, with good knowledge and experience, you work effectively with relevant digital tools. You have good insight into and knowledge of the school's governing documents and can effectively use them in your daily work. As a colleague, you lead yourself in your assignment. You find it easy to build relationships and enjoy varied work with substantial responsibility. You collaborate easily and are both flexible and curious.
