About the role and your responsibilities Hubertusgården is seeking an elementary school teacher for instruction in grades 4-6. Could you be our new colleague? As an elementary school teacher, you work pedagogically and socially based on the organization's goals and guidelines as well as applicable curriculum documents. You are well familiar with the current curriculum and are responsible for the pedagogical content of instruction and work to promote student learning and development. Your responsibilities include teaching Swedish, Social Studies, and possibly English in grades 4-6, as well as performing other duties typically associated with the elementary school teacher position. The person hired for this position will be part of a work team that also includes mentorship responsibilities. We are looking for you We are seeking you as a certified elementary school teacher with qualification for grades 4-6 in Swedish, English, and Social Studies. It is a merit if you also have qualifications in mathematics. It is a merit if you have previous experience as a teaching teacher and have mentorship experience. Furthermore, it is beneficial if you have experience working with students with various needs and challenges. We expect you to have an excellent ability in pedagogical leadership, good communication with students, guardians and colleagues, and a salutogenic approach to students and learning. You have good collaboration skills and the ability to create and maintain strong relationships. Furthermore, you are organized, engaged, and ensure that your message gets across and follow up on it.
