Ref: 20261966 Job Responsibilities We are now seeking you, a certified elementary teacher for grades F–3, who wants to become part of our team at Johannesskolan. You will be part of a work team where you together plan, implement, and follow up on instruction, as well as take responsibility for students' education and development. In your role, you plan and deliver high-quality instruction based on students' different needs and circumstances. You actively work to support students' academic and social development and create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where all students have the opportunity to thrive. You will also be an important part of the school's collaborative development work with a focus on language-developing instruction and accessible learning environments. In planning and implementing instruction, we build on the Johannesmodellen. Together with your colleagues, you develop instruction through collaborative learning, including demonstration lessons and shared reflection on the quality of teaching. Qualifications You are a certified teacher with credentials to teach grades F-3. If you have prior experience working as a teacher, we consider that a merit. You have solid knowledge of and insight into the school's governing documents and can use them effectively in your daily work. Furthermore, you have strong didactic and pedagogical skills and can lead and organize your work to create an orderly and good learning environment for our students throughout their school day. Of course, you have a professional approach and work toward good relationships with our students, their guardians, and all your colleagues at the school.
