As a teacher, you will work together with others in your team to create a good pedagogical environment with the goal that all students reach their targets, feel good, and develop based on their abilities. You will actively work on promoting and preventing a safe learning environment. We work for every student's best school and based on the curriculum and governing documents, we together create a safe environment aimed at strengthening all students in both their knowledge development and personal development. Together we create an operation that meets our students and guardians in the best way possible. The position includes standard teaching duties such as instruction and mentorship. Teaching may occur in full classes as well as in smaller groups. Examples of work tasks: Plan, conduct, and evaluate instruction Mentorship Participate in meetings with guardians and other internal and external contacts Collaborate with other staff within the unit and in the student support team Contribute to work with intervention programs and pedagogical assessments Qualifications We are looking for you, a certified teacher with the qualifications to teach in grades 7-9 with credentials in mathematics, science, and technology. If you have previous experience working as a teacher, we see that as a merit. You have good knowledge of the primary school's governing documents and a strong ability to apply them in daily work. You believe that collaborative work is a fundamental requirement for achieving the best possible results at both group and individual levels, for both students and staff. You have strong didactic and pedagogical competence that enables you to independently lead and organize your work to create a safe and stimulating learning environment. You have an inclusive approach and you recognize both the needs of the student group and individual students' unique needs. Building good relationships with guardians, students, and colleagues is self-evident for you. You are comfortable with digital tools and use them naturally in your teaching.
