Ref: 20261850 Job Responsibilities We are looking for you to work as a Physical Education and Health teacher for grades 7-9 at Rönnenskolan and to work together with us to create the best possible school experience for every student. You will be part of a team of teachers where you collectively are responsible for students' education and development. Your focus is on creating the best conditions for each student in a safe and trustful environment. You will serve as a mentor for a class together with a mentor colleague. Together you are responsible for following up on students' academic progress and attendance at school, and you work for their well-being and sense of security at school. As a mentor, you inform and keep the student's guardians updated about the student's academic progress through regular development conversations. In your role as a teacher, you conduct varied and creative instruction, both individually and in teams, find strategies to reach every student, and contribute to increased goal achievement. You plan, assess, evaluate, and develop the pedagogical activities in accordance with the school's governing documents and systematic quality work. Qualifications You are a certified teacher with authorization to teach grades 7-9 in the subject of Physical Education and Health. If you have previous experience working as a teacher, we consider that a merit. You have good insight into and knowledge of the school's governing documents and can use them effectively in your daily work. Furthermore, you have good didactic and pedagogical ability and can therefore lead and organize your work to create a conducive study environment and good learning conditions for our students throughout their school day. Based on evidence-based research, you can develop your work and, with good knowledge and experience, you work effectively with relevant digital tools.
