Ref: 20261965 Job Responsibilities We are now looking for you, a certified teacher with qualifications to teach grades 6-9 Spanish in combination with Swedish as a Second Language (SvA). Based on the school's governing documents, school procedures, and current research, you are expected to carry out your assignment with a clear focus on students. Your assignment includes planning and delivering instruction as well as assessing students' acquired knowledge. You will evaluate and develop pedagogical work based on the school's governing documents and students' needs and interests, both individually and together with your teaching team. Additionally, you will conduct creative instruction and find strategies to reach each student and strengthen them in both knowledge development and personal growth. As part of your assignment, you will collaborate with other school staff to ensure a good learning and working environment for both students and staff, and actively participate in the school's development initiatives. You enjoy working in a team where we together create the best conditions for each student's success. Your focus is on creating the best conditions for each student in a safe and trusting environment. You challenge students to take their own initiative, develop their interests, and take responsibility for themselves and others. Qualifications You are a certified teacher with qualifications to teach grades 6-9 Spanish in combination with SvA. Previous experience working as a teacher is considered meritorious, as is having qualifications to teach SvA. Experience teaching Spanish at the secondary level is also meritorious. You have good insight into and knowledge of the school's governing documents and can use them effectively in your daily work. Furthermore, you have good didactic and pedagogical skills and can therefore lead and organize your work to create an orderly learning environment for our students throughout the school day. Based on evidence-based research, you can develop your work, and with good knowledge and experience, you work effectively with relevant digital tools. Of course, you maintain a professional approach and work to build good relationships with our students, their guardians, and all your colleagues at school.
