As part of our dedicated team in grades 4-6, you will play an important role in shaping a school where every student has the opportunity to develop as far as possible. You plan, conduct, and follow up on your teaching both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. Teaching is characterized by a language and knowledge-development approach where each student's development is in focus. You will also have a mentor role where you monitor and support your students' development in both knowledge and well-being. Together with other colleagues, you actively contribute to ongoing development work where teaching is marked by quality, structure, and creativity. You work to create a safe and accessible learning environment for all students – every day. Qualifications We are looking for a certified teacher with authorization to teach grades 4–6 in one or more of the subjects mathematics, science, or technology. Previous experience working as a teacher is advantageous. You have good insight into the school's curriculum documents and apply them consciously in daily work. Your teaching is modern, creative, and based on a language and knowledge-development approach that strengthens students both academically and in their personal development. You have good didactic and pedagogical skills, can create structure and safety in the classroom, and actively work to promote academic focus and a good learning environment throughout the school day. Furthermore, you are a relationship-building person who collaborates well with colleagues and contributes to a positive workplace climate. You are experienced in using digital tools in teaching and stay updated on current research and pedagogical development in your subjects. You are a confident and clear adult who builds strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You value collaboration, are curious about development, and see opportunities in the diversity of students and teaching methods. Based on evidence-based research, you can develop your work and, with good knowledge and practice, work effectively with relevant digital tools.
