WORK TASKS We are looking for you who, together with us, want to continue developing work with students' learning and work for increased goal achievement. You will be responsible for classroom teaching and mentorship for students in one of our grade 2 classes, and your main duties consist of teaching and tasks related to instruction. You are responsible for planning, teaching, documenting, and following up on instruction based on our governing documents. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with teachers and after-school staff in your work team and at the school. We want you to be well grounded in our governing documents and base your work on the school's values. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who hold an elementary school teacher degree, grades 1-3. Teacher certification is a requirement. If you are newly graduated, you will have a mentor during your first year at school and you will have the opportunity to participate in network meetings in the municipality as part of your introductory year. You must be able to communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written. We place great value on good leadership and want you to help create engagement and participation in students' development and learning. You must possess good collaboration skills and be proficient at listening and communicating. You are a team player who shares in the work team's tasks, takes responsibility for reaching set goals, and shares your own knowledge and experience. It is important that you see opportunities, utilize students' knowledge and ideas, and take initiative for new suggestions and working methods. Salary form: Monthly salary.
