In your teaching role, you will plan your instruction, implement it, and assess your students' acquired knowledge. Your instructional planning may take place both independently and collaboratively with your colleagues. Your teaching is modern and creative, aiming to reach and find strategies to strengthen your students both academically and in their personal development. You will also engage in ongoing developmental work—work where you collaborate with other school staff to actively establish and maintain a good learning and working environment for students and staff at our school. This is a temporary position. Qualifications You are a certified teacher with credentials to teach grades 1-3 in Swedish/Swedish as a Second Language/Math/English. Previous experience working as a teacher is considered a merit. You have good insight into and knowledge of the school's governing documents and can use them effectively in your daily work. You possess strong didactic and pedagogical skills and can therefore lead and organize your work to create a productive study environment and a good learning atmosphere for our students throughout their school day. Based on evidence-based research, you can develop your practice, and with good familiarity and experience, you work efficiently with relevant digital tools. Of course, you maintain a professional approach and work toward positive relationships with our students, their guardians, and all your colleagues at the school. You have a positive view of students and as a person are inspiring, responsible, attentive, and naturally collaborative. You should also have a willingness to develop your work.
