Ref: 20262031 Job Responsibilities We are looking for you, a qualified teacher of English and Swedish for grades 7–9. You will be part of a teaching team where you work together to plan and are responsible for students' education and development. Together, you also decide on any needs such as subject integration or language development initiatives in your classes. Your focus is on creating the best possible conditions for each student in a safe and trusting environment. In your role, you will teach English in grade 8 and provide targeted support in Swedish and English for students in grades 7–9. You educate and support students in their social and academic development and challenge them to take their own initiatives, develop their interests, and take responsibility for both themselves and their peers. Qualifications You are a certified teacher with qualifications in English and Swedish/Swedish as a Second Language. Previous teaching experience, preferably from a multicultural school, is a merit. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You have a strong understanding of the school's governing documents and use them naturally in your daily work. You also have strong didactic and pedagogical skills. You lead and organize instruction in a way that creates a good study environment and positive learning atmosphere for our students throughout the school day. You develop your work based on research and proven experience and use digital tools as a natural part of instruction. Of course, you have a professional approach and build positive relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
