In Sandviken Municipality's public elementary schools, we work in a culture where collaboration and systematic quality work go hand in hand. Digital development has long been a natural part of our operations, and every student has access to their own computer as support in their studies. Gullheds School is a K-6 school with an after-school program and currently has just over 230 students. The school is located in the center of Järbo and is close to the library, forest, soccer field, and ice hockey rink. The school focuses on the importance of movement and has a nice schoolyard that offers and encourages physical activity. There are several different types of movement paths and planned recess activities led by the school's educators.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a teacher in grade 5 with us, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction according to the school's governing documents. The assignment involves creating an accessible learning environment where students' curiosity and desire to learn are valued.
You contribute by:
• Stimulating students' development and learning based on their individual needs
• Creating good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues
• Being a clear and trustworthy role model for students
• Actively working for an inclusive and safe school environment
• Collaborating within the work team to develop instruction

• Sharing knowledge and experiences in collegial forums
• Strengthening each other in daily work
• Maintaining an open and solution-focused approach
• Working with the student at the center
QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, you need good pedagogical insight and understand how students acquire knowledge in different ways. You have a talent for creating trusting relationships and contribute to a safe and accessible learning environment. Attentiveness and collaboration skills are important qualities in collegial work, where instruction is developed together. A structured work approach facilitates planning and follow-up, while flexibility allows you to handle changing needs and see opportunities in new situations. An inclusive approach permeates your work and creates good conditions for all students.
The assignment requires:
• Teacher certification with eligibility to teach grades 4-6
• Good knowledge of the elementary school's governing documents
• Good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written
Good IT competence and experience using digital tools are merits.
